Each Milonga is special, but on this day it was more so than usual... it was the last Milonga in Nairobi for Camille Cusumano as her 6 week tango-teaching visit to Kenya came to an end, it was the first Milonga for a number of her new tango starters that she had been intensively teaching over the preceding weeks, and, to round it off, we even had travelling tangueros from Australia and Italy...
The first Milonga Patamango took place on Saturday 22 May 2010 -- indeed that inauguration is the first known public Milonga in the history of Argentine Tango not only in Nairobi, or even in Kenya, and even in all of East Africa... it is indeed the first known public Milonga between Cairo and Johannesburg!
